Thank you to the Ypsilanti Township Board of Trustees

The Ypsilanti Township Board of Trustees passed this resolution last night, requesting that the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners honor their contract with HSHV to provide animal control services to the county.

The Ypsilanti Township Board of Trustees passed this resolution last night, requesting that the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners honor their contract with HSHV to provide animal control services to the county. Township Officials recognized that the Humane Society of Huron Valley provides a valuable and award-winning service to our community's members and that they support the practices and service that HSHV has been able to deliver. Furthermore, they believe we are the best organization to care for the vulnerable animals in our community.

We'd like to thank Ypsilanti Twp leaders for their foresight and support for the compassionate care of homeless and abused animals in our community.
