Home Sweet Home

Adopted in April 2011

We visited HSHV on April 22nd and were looking at the dogs. We saw several "Pits" and mixes, but found out "Pits" can't be adopted into apartments. We were bummed. So we kept looking and we found "Earl". He had "Lab" in him. We thought he was quite cute and still pretty young. So we decided to take him out on HSHV grounds to see how he behaved with our two young boys. It was GREAT! He was super tolerant of the baby and our 2 and a half year old! We pretty much fell in love with him then. So we put our paperwork in and you know the rest.
Now he's home with us and his meshing with us has been awesome! He is mastering older commands and learning new ones too! I think we are so blessed to have found Earl and have had him be such a PERFECT fit for our family.
