Never judge a book by its cover

When I first laid eyes on "Pickles" the cat, I knew she was meant to come home with me. She was in bad shape when brought to the clinic and wasn't what most people wanted. She's black, long fur and beautiful.

Pickles has been the best addition to our family. She's so gentle with my 3 year old son. She talks a lot and is very affectionate. I have an older cat, Khia, she's 11 years old and Pickles respects her but also sets her straight when she gets a little mean!

Recently, we took on a little 11 week old, male cat. His name is "Zimmy" and Pickles stepped up to the plate as being his mommy. Watching her being a mommy to "Zimmy" makes me think she may of had a litter before. She's been such a blessing, we love her very much!
