Shelter Tours

Does your school or organization want a tour? Is your group interested in learning more about the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV)? HSHV offers educational tours and presentations to area youth and adults that have a natural connection with animals and would like to promote animal compassion and kindness.

For more information about age-appropriate shelter tours, please complete the tour request form below. Our humane educator will contact you to schedule your visit. Groups should be limited to no more than 20 people (including adults and siblings). Our tours require a 1:5 ratio of adult to children.

There is a $2 per person fee for the tour. Please remember when selecting your date to visit that we are currently scheduling at least 2 weeks out. Tours are available Sunday-Friday from 12-6pm.

For liability reasons, there will be no animal interaction during the tour.

Each person in attendance will need a completed waiver, available online. Remember that there is a $2 per person fee for the tour.

Please call (734) 661-3564 the day before your tour to confirm how many people will be in attendance.
