Beautiful 5 year-old Arthur is affectionate, talks all the time, likes to be cradled like a baby, and sung to. He needs to be the only animal in a quiet place with a loving adult who is home most of the time. Sadly, he is not happy with our other cat, dog, and his pet mom’s constant travel required by work.
