Pepper was given to me to foster and rehome. He lived with another cat but they didn’t get along and the owner needed an immediate solution. I socialize feral cats so figured one more wouldn’t kill me. Pepper is an alpha male. He is playful but because of his size/manner, other cats are intimidated by him. He is probably best suited for a home where he can be an indoor/outdoor cat. This winter he went outside about 10 minutes a day, establishing that he doesn’t like cold weather. So he’s not suited to be an outdoor only or barn cat. Most of the day he minds his own business and sleeps in the sun. He is litter trained and loves stimulating toys. He has an unusual face and reminds me more of a dog than a cat. He enjoys being pet but doesn’t need a ton of attention. Also doesn’t shed much. I wouldn’t suggest a home with kids under 12. I’ve had him for about 5 months and though it took him a while to let his guard down, he has settled in. Hate to rehome him but need space back to continue helping others.
