Claude & Cocoa were adopted about a month ago, where they landed after being rescued from Tennessee. They have adjusted to life at home with human quite well, and have definitely bonded. They are completely on point with energy for their age – which is to say, they have plenty, lol. They love plenty of play time with humans and with each other. They are very curious, and also very vocal, so if you like talking to cats, you’re a match.
Each is curious in his own way, so be ready to coach each Detective Investigator out of any cabinets you don’t want explored, go on random “now where’d he go?” hunts, and be reminded that that string hanging from your hoodie is a very interesting something indeed.
Of course, being long haired cats, they shed. They shed when they leap after feathers on a fishing string, they shed when they tumble-tussle, they shed just hanging around. That said, they enjoy being brushed, so spa time is another way to bond and enjoy each others’ company while reducing the random fluff.
If you’ve read this far, know that they are loved, and it isn’t easy to send them to a different home. But they need a human or humans who can be available. They are fabulous, they are beautiful…and when adopted together, they will come with accessories! A cat tree, litter boxes and food bowls, their favorite toys, and a supply of food. They are microchipped, neutered, acclimated to petting (mostly), and ready to roll. I’m going to miss them.
