Karen was a great dog for me before getting in a relationship and having a baby. She’s very food motivated and also has food aggression issues which led to her snapping at our 8 month old. She does not play well with other dogs and has successful albeit limited experience with cats. If I were designing the ideal situation for her it would be with someone who lives alone, works from home, has no other animals or children, and has the time to take her for walks 2 times a day. She’s been formally trained and knows all of the basic commands but sometimes needs help remembering the lesser used ones. She’s great in the car and on road trips and loves to have her head out the window and feel the breeze.
