Eugene is an incredibly lovable boy who only wants pets and cuddles. He absolutely loves any and all people and can’t wait to greet you with a wag of a tail and wiggly butt. He currently lives in an apartment but would thrive best in a house due to his reactiveness with other dogs. His ideal home is one where he is the only dog, but he does loooove cats. If you want a dog who is incredibly cuddly and behaves well with commands and is a relatively low energy dog for his size then he is the dog for you!
