Dental preparation and Check-in instructions

Please do not feed your pet after midnight the night before surgery unless your pet is under 4 months of age (then a light breakfast at or before 6 a.m. is required)
If your pet is on any sedative medications for vet visits, please give as directed. These will not interact with the anesthetic event. We ask that you give it with the smallest amount of food possible or no food if not absolutely necessary
Water is OK at all times
You will receive a separate email with the consent form attached that can be e-signed ahead of time. We ask that you fill this out prior to your appointment
After reading the consent form, if you elect for us to not go forward with CPR and would like your pet indicated as “Do Not Resuscitate,” please fill out this DNR form

Pick-up time can vary. You will get a call from one of our veterinary staff when your pet’s procedure is complete

If you cannot print out ahead of time, they are available outside of the main entrance the morning of your appointment
