Poppins is a very gentle and caring cat. She is timid at first but warms up to people after some time. She has been through two moves (one from a different state and one locally). She has been around our toddler since she was born and is very patient with her. She is not aggressive (she will give a warning swat before using any claws). She has temporarily been with another cat, but stayed away from them for the most part. She would not do well with dogs in the home. She is high maintenance as she is fluffy and her fur gets matted without regular grooming. We also use a groomer every few months to get her shaved on the backside to avoid anything getting stuck back there. Also with her fur, she coughs up many hairballs, so grooming is very important. That aside, she is a very easy going cat. She loves sitting on our balcony and she enjoys cuddling while you are watching television. It is very difficult to give her away but we believe she deserves a family who can provide her with her needs.
