It has been a full 365 days since we adopted our sweet Tiny Lion Rosie and we could not be happier. She is the sweetest, cuddliest, most loving ball of fluff we could have ever imagined and then some. When I saw this girl she looked so sad and lost. Well, I was sad and lost because I had just a month earlier had to put my fur baby down. I cried every day, didn’t do much, and was really depressed. We love the enthusiasm of Kind Kids who make a difference to HSHV! Evan attended summer kids’ club, and when it was time for his class to pick a summer service learning project, they decided to choose the Humane Society of Huron Valley. Evan collected bottles and cans in the neighborhood, and when the collecting was done, Evan was able to donate a generous amount of money to our homeless shelter pets.
