Appointment Preparation:
- Please do not feed your pet after midnight the night before surgery unless your pet is under 4 months of age (then a light breakfast at or before 6:00AM is required)
- If your pet is on any sedative medications for vet visits, please give as directed. We ask that you give it with the smallest amount of food possible or no food if not absolutely necessary
- Water is OK at all times
- You will receive a separate email with the consent form attached that can be e-signed ahead of time. We ask that you fill this out prior to your appointment
- After reading the consent form, if you elect for us to not go forward with CPR and would like your pet indicated as “Do Not Resuscitate,” please fill out this DNR form
Check In Process:
- Check-in is at 8:30 AM
- Call 734-662-4365 and press 1 for service
Check Out Process:
- Pick-up time can vary. You will get a call from one of our veterinary staff when your pet’s procedure is complete
Consent Forms:
One consent form per pet is required.
- A form can be e-signed
- Click here to print out at home and have ahead of time
- If you cannot print out ahead of time, they are available outside of the main entrance the morning of your appointment

- There is a $50 missed appointment fee if you were to no-show to this appointment
