Lulu came to the shelter at the beginning of February and would love to get out into a home environment again. She was in foster for a month, but her foster could not continue fostering her due to moving. She does need to be the only pet in the home due to prey drive and previous conflict with another dog in her first home. She would benefit from continuing positive reinforcement reactivity training. Even though she is 7 years old, she still has plenty of spunk – she loves playing fetch in the yard! Her previous owners state she does well when left alone. She is a sweet and goofy girl, who is also a favorite among volunteer dog walkers!
How to Foster Lulu:
New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and signing up to become a new foster. Veteran foster parents can email fosters@hshv.org to schedule a pickup appointment.
