Minerva is a petite girl who is overwhelmed being surrounded by other dogs here at the shelter. She is conflicted and fearful of other dogs, so will need a home without other dogs. She will benefit from working on reactivity training in foster where she is less overwhelmed. She has become more comfortable meeting new people here and would benefit from a quieter home environment where she can continue to gain confidence. She does not have any history with cats, so would need a separate space and slow introduction if living with any cats in foster.

How to Foster Minerva:

New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and signing up to become a new foster. Veteran foster parents can email fosters@hshv.org to schedule a pickup appointment.
