Mr. Burns is an older guy who came to us in fairly rough shape and now he’s looking for a foster home while he waits for his forever home. He’s on a few medications and is looking for a foster who can help with that. He will also need someone who can monitor his weight. He’s an incredibly sweet boy who really just needs some TLC from a foster parent!
