Oriole can be jumpy at times and but has been working on impulse control training here at the shelter and making a lot of progress! He has enjoyed playgroups with other dogs and would likely benefit from having a dog sibling in foster. He has been quite sensitive in relation to grooming and bathing attempts, so fosters should not attempt to work on this right away and will need to take any handling activities with Oriole very slowly, using positive reinforcement and desensitization training. Information to guide fosters in this process can be provided by the behavior team.
