The Ann Arbor’s 107one Pet-of-the-week is Annie!

Hey my name is Annie! I am a good dog looking for an adopter willing to offer proper training, socialization, and exercise. I am a quick learner, and with the help of some yummy treats, I will make you proud with my excellent manners. I do have A LOT of energy and may be a bit too much for some families! However, a lot of energy also means a lot of LOVE! With time, training, and patience- you can help me be the best dog I can be!

The animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.

The WTKA Top-Dog-of-the-Week is Ube!

The WTKA Top-Dog-of-the-Week is Ube!

Hi my name is Ube! I am a shy kind of dog who is looking for a patient adopter who is willing to give me time to adjust and open up in my new home. I will seek comfort from my favorite people while I work on my confidence. If you give me a chance, you could be just the person I am looking for, and I could be the dog to make you feel complete! Ube will need to meet any potential dog siblings before adoption to make sure it’s a perfect match. Ube will also need a home without any children so they can be your main focus.

The Lucy Ann Lance Show Pet-of-the-Week is Spring!

The Lucy Ann Lance Show Pet-of-the-Week is Spring!

Spring is a sweet 2 year old kitty.  He may have been born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, but that doesn’t slow him down!  He walks, runs, climbs and cuddles all the same — Spring wants nothing more than to be comfy in bed or on the couch, wherever his humans are, and will never let you forget when it’s time to eat. He’s not a huge fan of dogs, but if the dog gives him space, Spring can learn to trust them — he’s snuck in a few cuddles here and there with his canine foster sibling!

Spring is currently living in one of our amazing foster homes. Adopting from foster is easy! Just contact the adoptions desk at 734-662-5585 or email adoptions@hshv.org to set up a visit today!
