These are some of our staff’s favorite animals. Shout out to our media partners for helping homeless pets find great homes! You can listen to us talk about these Pets of the Week on Thursdays around 7:30 a.m. on Ann Arbor’s 107one, 8:05 a.m. on WTKA, and around 10 a.m. on Saturday on 1290 AM WLBY.

The Ann Arbor’s 107one Pet-of-the-week is Feta!

Hi my name is Feta! I am a good boy and I am looking for an active adopter willing to offer training and exercise, but in return I can offer unconditional love and years of happiness. I’m looking for a lowkey household without any young kids so I can be your main focus. I do have some big feelings about some things in this world and tend to express this by reacting with barking and may be a bit too much for some families. I will need to continue my training and HSHV offers classes for dogs like me! Visit www.hshv.org for more information.

All the animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.

The WTKA Top-Dog-of-the-Week is Ladybug!

Hi my name is Ladybug! I am a shy kind of dog who is looking for a patient adopter, willing to give me time to adjust and open up in my new home. Once I get more comfortable, I love cuddling in the couch and playing with toys! I can do well with other dogs, but haven’t spent much time around cats.

Please email adoptions@hshv.org or call (734)662-5585 to arrange a meeting with my foster!

Hello, my name is Monkey! I’m pretty laid back and could do well in a wide variety of households, as long as you give me the time, space and patience I need to adjust. So bring the whole family and see I just might be the right fit for you!
