Adopt a Pet-of-the-Week!
These are some of our staff’s favorite animals. Shout out to our media partners for helping homeless pets find great homes! You can listen to us talk about these Pets of the Week on Thursdays around 7:30 a.m. on Ann Arbor’s 107one, 8:05 a.m. on WTKA, and around 10 a.m. on Saturday on 1290 AM WLBY.
The WTKA Top-Dog-of-the-Week is Jericho!
Hey my name is Jericho! I am a good dog looking for an adopter willing to offer proper training, socialization, and exercise. I am a quick learner, and with the help of some yummy treats, I will make you proud with my excellent manners. I do have A LOT of energy and may be a bit too much for some families, but a lot of energy also means a lot of LOVE! With time, training, and patience, you can help me be the best dog I can be! I may do well with a doggy sibling as long as I meet them beforhand, and would thrive in a home without small kids. Does this sound like you?
The animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.
