The Ann Arbor’s 107one Pet-of-the-week is Sweetie!

Hello I am Sweetie, a hamster on the hunt for my forever home. While I may be small and cute I am also very smart! We hamsters can learn simple tricks, but mostly they make a great watching pet. I am very active and like to spend my day digging tunnels in my bedding, rearranging furniture, and generally just sniffing and playing around. Please come in and meet me today!

All the animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.

Hello! My name is Trailer! I’m a fun-loving kind of dog looking for someone who is ready to love me as I am! I can be a bit overwhelmed by new places, but I am trying my best to be confident. I would love to meet you to show you my good leash manners and my brave side! Please come to meet me soon.

I am currently under the care of the shelter medical team at HSHV. If you would like to learn more about me, please reach out to the Adoption Desk at (734) 662-5585.

The Lucy Ann Lance Show Pet-of-the-Week is Zeeva!

The Lucy Ann Lance Show Pet-of-the-Week is Zeeva!

Hi my name is Zeeva! I am a shy cat looking for a patient owner who is willing to give me time to adjust and open up in my new home. Once I get comfortable, I will come out of my shell and start to show more of my true personality. After all, the best things in life are worth waiting for – like a special bond with a cat who likes the calmer side of life.
Zeeva is Feline Leukemia (FeLV) positive. FeLV is a serious virus that is contagious to other cats (but not contagious to people or other species of animals). It may cause a shortened lifespan but FeLV cats have so much fun and love to give. Please call or come in to find out more.
