You can listen to us talk about these Pets of the Week on Thursdays around 8:05 a.m. on WTKA, 8:20 a.m. on W4 Country, and 8:30 a.m. on Ann Arbor’s 107one, and around 10 a.m. on Saturday on 1290 AM WLBY.

The Ann Arbor’s 107one Pet-of-the-Week is Megatron

The WTKA Top-Dog-of-the-Week is Stranger
Looking for a young, sweet and active dog? Stranger might be the girl for you! She needs to go to a home without children under 5 years old, just to make sure no one gets knocked down when she happily romps through the house! Stranger is a very affectionate dog, but needs some training to help boost her confidence and to learn proper manners. Once Stranger is fully comfortable with her new family and home, she will make a wonderful companion. If you’re looking forward to helping Stranger become more of a superstar every day, come in and meet her!
All the animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.

The W4 Country Pet-of-the-Week is Estelle
Estelle is ready to be the queen bee of your home! At 11 years old, she knows what she wants and likes to do her own thing; but she’ll seek you out for attention when she wants it! Due to her confidence and independent attitude, she would do better with older children. Estelle can be very playful when she wants to be, but she also enjoys just lounging around and being with her family. If you are looking for a sweet, yet sassy kitty, Estelle just might be what you are looking for!

The Lucy Ann Lance Show Pet-of-the-Week is Dubai
Some of our doggie friends at HSHV are a little more reserved than others. Being a dog at a shelter can be a scary place – all of the once-familiar things and beloved caregivers are suddenly replaced by strangers and a strange place. Dogs like Dubai need a calm, reassuring environment in order to thrive. He will need a home without cats or kids under the age of 17, where he can take his time in finding his brave side! Watching Dubai gain confidence will become one of the things you most look forward for in your day. Come fall in love with this sensitive and shy soul today!
