Age: 7 Sex: Female Breed: DSH Weight: 10lbs Restrictions: No Cats.
Sansa is a sweet but very nervous girl who was not eating well while in our care. She needs a quieter, calmer place to relax so that she can regain some confidence and start eating a bit better. She currently lives in her own room in a foster home with other cats and does well. She does not seem bothered by the other cats but will need to be kept separated to eliminate any unnecessary stress and possible cause of litterbox issues. Her current foster lives very far away so is hoping to have a foster who is closer to the shelter take over.
A note from her current foster: She’s talkative- very shy so will take a while for her to warm up. Does growl when she is unsure or scared- but never escalates. Very cuddly when she warms up. Will love bite but has no teeth so more like love gumming. (Hah)
How to Foster Sansa:
New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and signing up to become a new foster. Veteran foster parents can email fosters@hshv.org to schedule a pickup appointment.
