Toast has been fearful here and reluctant to return from her kennel on her walks. She has been nervous around new people here but seems to be interested in other dogs. She would likely be most successful in a home with another dog who can help her gain her confidence. She does not have history with cats and would need a slow introduction with initial separation should she go to foster with one. Due to her level of fear, she will be most successful in a home without young children.
