If you know anyone with room in their heart for a sweet, emotionally sensitive young man, Myotis is all ears!
He was our Pet-of-the-Week back in October, and all these months later, Myotis is still looking for a home. He’s 2 years old, and is free to adopt if he finds the right fit! Myotis is an absolute joy to hang out with in the play yard, and while he’s often shy at first, he blossoms into a happy, bouncy fella once you get to know him.
Myotis is housed on the non-public side of HSHV’s dog kennels, since the constant foot traffic was stressful for him. The hard part is, now it’s less likely that adopters will see him. If these bat ears are speaking to you, and if you have a home without cats or kids under 12, please ask to see him next time you’re at the shelter — or contact HSHV to learn more at 734-662-5585 or adoptions@hshv.org.

The animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.
