Arya is such a kind kid! She loves animals and wanted to help the animals at HSHV stay happy while they wait for their forever homes. Each week, Arya saved her allowance. From terror to tiny Lovebug!!
It all started when I agreed to a private adoption for a grey tabby. His owner was prompt, friendly & described him in great ways. My best friend for the last decade
When I was 8 years old my parents finally agreed to letting me get a cat so they took me to HSHV where I met Ranger a little tabby kitten with a milky film over his left eye. That day he became my best friend. I’m now 18 and I couldn’t have made it without him. He has helped me deal with PTSD and crippling anxiety. He has been the best thing to ever happen to me and it couldn’t have been without HSHV’s help. Ranger

From being very shy & skittish yesterday to cuddly purr monsters today! Shows how resilient, forgiving, and full of love cats are. From strays to their forever home: we are all very happy. Cinnamon and Nutmeg
