Biscoff can be nervous at first but has been learning to make friends with new people. He can find the shelter overwhelming with all the strange people walking past and would love somewhere quiet where he can romp around and explore the world at his own pace. Biscoff would benefit from meeting all household members before going to foster. He may do well with quieter, older children and should not go with kids under 5 due to his levels of fear/nervousness. Biscoff likes treats, but would LOVE to have someone play with toys with him! He’s a high energy guy who benefits from the enrichment and mental stimulation of playing and training. He has started learning the cues for “tug” and “drop” to be able to bond and engage with people in fun ways! Toys and play are the best way to become his best friend. Biscoff has shown prey drive here at the shelter so discretion with required separated introduction to any cat in the home is necessary.
How to Foster Biscoff:
New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and signing up to become a new foster. Veteran foster parents can email fosters@hshv.org to schedule a pickup appointment.
