Specific Needs – medical or behavior: Albi just really hates being at the shelter! He’s a social, playful cat who isn’t comfortable with a ton of handling but he really likes to interact and get attention as long as his person is really paying attention to his body language. He’ll be most successful in a foster home until he’s adopted.
