Specific Needs – medical or behavior: Casper is an older cat who would just be happier in a foster home! He sometimes doesn’t eat well here at the shelter and as a 13 year old guy, it’s important that he eat well. He’s so sweet, can be shy but is a really loving, sweet cat.
