Cora is a super kind kid! She loves dogs and other animals so much that she wanted to do something nice for them. To help celebrate her 9th birthday, she asked for donations instead of gifts for our resident animals. Joyce’s sixth graders at Hillside Middle School are such kind kids! This 6th grade class wanted to help out the resident animals in the shelter. Troop #40785 is a very kind troop indeed. After completing the Three Cheers for Animals Journey and learning more about animals, this Daisy troop wanted to help the animals in the shelter. Together they used fabric markers to decorate bandanas in order to help the dogs at HSHV draw attention from adopters. They also wrote super kind notes to the dogs as well.
