Charlie is an older cat who needs at least a week of foster through her harbor period. We’re hoping her owner can pick her up once her harbor is up, but in case they can’t she would love to also find a foster who could be open to keeping her a bit longer. She’s a very sweet but nervous cat who’s not eating well at all while in our care and she’d really benefit from being in a quiet foster home.
