Teachers’ Night Out

Do you work with youth in grades pre-k -12? You’re invited to a free “Teachers’ Night Out” at HSHV, Thursday, October 6^th from 5-6:30pm. You’ll walk away with free lessons and resources, learn about the great programs available for your students, and enjoy time with some of our adoptable animals. This fun evening includes:

• Wine and refreshments
• Giveaways and raffle prizes
• Free lessons and resources
• Networking with other local educational groups/organizations such as:
  • A2ZERO
  • H.E.A.R.T. (Humane Education Advocates Reaching Teachers)
  • VegMichigan
  • Institute for Humane Education
• Snacks and kids’ activities
• Animal meet-and-greets
• Tours through HSHV’s shelter

This free event is open to all educators, both formal and informal, who work with children in grades pre-k through 12th. Pre-registration is appreciated!
