After years of debating about whether I wanted a cat, my partner and I walked in to HSHV on the morning of August 23rd, 2024 hoping to look at an older, calmer cat who we knew had a past positive history with dogs so they’d have the best chance at getting along with my first fur kiddo, a then newly five year old dog. We walked into the first kitten room saying we’d just be there for a second, and left with little Pasu (then Griffin) clinging to me.

In the nearly year and a half since he’s been home, he’s been just as cuddly as that first day every day he could swing it. Since he last lived with you, he’s had his first birthday party, his first Christmas, and has also gotten to welcome a baby cat sibling, also from HSHV, to complete his bestie trio. We are so lucky to have him and his incredible fashion sense and goofy personality have brought us so much joy.
