Hollyhock is a smart, energetic girl who would appreciate a break from being cooped up in her kennel! She picks up quickly on training, she is very food motivated and understands new concepts well. She really loves her play groups here at the shelter, so much so that she gets frustrated seeing dogs on leash and may bark at them because she just wants to run up and play! She would love to go to a home with a doggy friend who can match her energy level and playfulness, likely a similarly sized young, social dog. She has a history of chasing cats, so a foster home without any feline friends would be preferred. Due to her size and energy level she would do best with children over the age of 5.
