Julianna had the choice to pick and organization to help out for her service learning project and she chose HSHV! That is why she decided to make dog bandanas and capes using fabric and markers to decorate. Julianna wanted to donate these items because she likes helping animals and thought it would be a fun donation. And indeed it was!
