Age: 10 Sex: Female Breed: Shepherd Mix Weight: 74 lbs Restrictions: No Dogs; No Kids under 5
Luna is an older lady who really doesn’t need to be involved with the hustle-and-bustle of shelter life – she’d much rather spend her time in a home environment where she can live her best senior gal life and decompress in a quieter environment. She has done well meeting staff and volunteers at the shelter and often gets frustrated when she’s alone in her kennel. Luna should not go with other dogs or kids under 5 as her surrender profile indicates she is uncomfortable with both. It was reported that Luna does well with older, dog-savvier kids that can respect her boundaries as an older dog. Luna does have history with cats and will require slow, separated introductions during her acclimation period per her surrender profile.
