Mack is a nervous girl who struggles being confined to a kennel. She is nervous of strangers at first but warms up once she gets to know people. She is frustrated and conflicted having strangers pass by her kennel all day. She would love to get out of the shelter and into a home with less environmental stimulus. She is an active, high-energy dog and may be able to go with another dog after an intro at the shelter. She has a history of chasing cats and will do best in a home without cats. She did live with kids in her previous home, but would benefit from meeting all members of the household before going to foster.
How to Foster Mack:
New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and signing up to become a new foster. Veteran foster parents can email fosters@hshv.org to schedule a pickup appointment.
