Mulligan is a big guy who would really benefit from a foster home while he waits for his forever family. He needs space to be able to move around and lose some weight, and will also need plenty of very large, low to the ground litterboxes in his space to make sure that he’s using his litterboxes properly. He’s a shy, sweet, loving guy who really needs someone to play with him and give him lots of love as he loses some weight and finds a little bit of confidence.
