Parfait is overwhelmed by the busyness of the shelter. She can be nervous meeting new people, but once she knows you she loves pets and leaning against you. We would love to get her out into a foster home where she can relax and show more of her true personality. She has been nervous meeting new dogs here and would likely do best with a calmer dog if living in foster (after an introduction at the shelter). We do not have any history with her on cats, but she has shown prey drive toward small animals outside. Fosters with cats in the home would need the ability to keep her separate and attempt slow introductions. She would do best in a home with older children due to her nervous nature.
