The Ann Arbor's 107one Pet-of-the-Week is McLane

The Ann Arbor’s 107one Pet-of-the-Week is McLane

McLane is a sweet, sociable cat who loves to play, get attention and follow you around! He would do well in a wide variety of households. McLane is Feline Leukemia (FeLV) positive, which means that he has a weakened immune system and may have a shorter lifespan. He should not live in a home with non-FeLV+ cats, as it is contagious to other cats but not to people, dogs or other pets. With preventative care and regular vet visits, FeLV cats can still lead happy lives and have so much fun and love to give! To learn more about this feisty fellow, contact adoptions@hshv.org or 734-662-5585. McLane is FREE to adopt!
All the animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.

The WTKA Top-Dog-of-the-Week is Draco

The WTKA Top-Dog-of-the-Week is Draco

Sure Draco is 80lbs, but he’s a really a big baby. This shy boy has taken his time opening up with us, but has really blossomed in his foster home. Draco does well with his doggy foster sibling, gaining confidence by following the other dog’s lead and also by trusting his humans. Once Draco gets to know you, he’s extremely affectionate and will plop his big tanky self next to you for belly rubs! He should do well in a wide variety of homes, as long as you give him time and patience to adjust to his new surroundings. If you’d like to learn more about this big boy, or arrange a meet & greet, give us a ring ❤️ 734-662-5585

The Lucy Ann Lance Show Pet-of-the-Week is Batli

The Lucy Ann Lance Show Pet-of-the-Week is Batli

Batli’s appearance may be surprising — he came to the shelter with a condition called entropion, in which his eyelids curled inward and the fur irritated the surface of his eyes. He just performed surgery to help his condition, and will be back to his handsome self in no time! So don’t pass him by: Batli is 2 years old and has a heart of gold. He tends to be shy, but with a patient adopter he’ll open up into a lovely companion. Call 734-662-5585 to learn more, or come see him in the shelter!
