Adopt a Pet-of-the-Week this week, and get 10% off your adoption fee!
These are some of our staff’s favorite animals. Shout out to our media partners for helping homeless pets find great homes! You can listen to us talk about these Pets of the Week on Thursdays around 8:05 a.m. on WTKA, 8:20 a.m. on W4 Country, and 8:30 a.m. on Ann Arbor’s 107one, and around 10 a.m. on Saturday on 1290 AM WLBY.

The Ann Arbor’s 107one Pet-of-the-Week is Heidi
All the animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.

The WTKA Top-Dog-of-the-Week is Mariano
All the animals available for adoption through the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their affordable adoption fee.

The W4 Country Pet-of-the-Week is Rooster
Rooster is an adorable, cross-eyed bundle of energy! He’s easy going and could be happy in a variety of households. With an appropriate introduction, Rooster may love living with young kids, dogs, and other FeLV+ cats and in a busier household. Rooster loves to play and run around, and will keep you constantly entertained! Rooster is Feline Leukemia (FeLV) positive and is currently living in HSHV’s admin office, which is a sanctuary for cats like him. FeLV is a serious virus that is contagious to other cats (but not contagious to people or other species of animals). It may cause a shortened lifespan, but FeLV cats have so much fun and love to give and we believe they still deserve a happy home!

The Lucy Ann Lance Show Pet-of-the-Week is Lennox
Lennox is the BEST BOY, and his adoption fee is 50% off! Adopters often walk past him because he’s jumpy and excitable in his kennel. However, like most dogs, Lennox is completely different when he’s out in the world. He thoroughly enjoys car rides, hiking, playing in the park and snuggling. He’s a perfect gentleman when walking with you, and tends to not react to most things – whether he sees runners, bikes, kayaks, or even other dogs. Our minds are boggled as to how this perfect, sociable, snuggly boy hasn’t found a home yet. Come meet him today!
