Back in February this year, my 2 year old cat, Ellie Rose, suddenly passed away from a heart tumor. I was devastated and heartbroken for her loss. My other cat, Nala, was sad also, as her behavior changed.
In early July I decided to go to HSHV and look at the kittens. Right in the main lobby I found a calico kitten. Once our eyes met, I fell in love. After snuggling her, it was a done deal. A few days later she was ready to go home.

I named her Dinah, after the kitten in Alice in Wonderland.

Dinah is the sweetest little thing and doing great. She’s taught herself how to climb my back and sit on my shoulder, hoping for a treat.
I love her so much.
New life and new love.
