Stormy is a friendly energetic girl who is frustrated about being in a kennel and not being able to play with all the people and dogs around her. We’d like to get her out to a foster home with another dog to play with and a more consistent environment for her to adjust and be her best self. We don’t know how she is with cats or kids, so slow intros should be done.
