Ben and parents are big time animal lovers. They know that there are a lot of animals in need and they care about those animals very much! That is why they gave presentations at Saline area schools about animals in need and what we could all do to help them. Saline Middle School loves animals so much and wanted to help make sure their holiday season was as good as can be. That is why the students created a donation box to collect items to give back to animals in need. They even made a special announcement over their school’s PA system to get the word out.  The team trio collected many wonderful items such as towels, blankets, leashes, cat toys, canned food, treats and brushes. This year for Rex’s birthday he wanted to do something to give back to the animals. That is why he decided that instead of asking for presents for himself, he asked for gifts for the animals.
