Queen Pepper has now been with us for over a week and it feels like she’s always been a part of our family. We went to the HSHV this last Saturday looking for a new addition to our family. It was Summer 2016 and Simone Biles was the U.S.A. Olympic Gold Medal winner in gymnastics. It also was the summer that I adopted Simone, my Gold Medal dog.
