When we first adopted Mary Jane, she had almost no fur and a host of health problems. She didn’t let that stop her from making friends with our other Shih Tzu, Grizzly, and being incredibly sweet. With a lot of hard work (and a lotttt of medication), her fur has almost completely grown back and her other medical conditions are gone or controlled. She continues to be the sweetest girl. We adopted two barn cats, not knowing how they would fit into our little pack, and they have become the barn ambassadors! They greet us every morning with love and lots of ‘stories’ about the previous night’s hunt! And they have to be near us, whatever we’re doing.
